I compare the time it takes to wake up your phone, open the camera app and take a picture using the iPhone 4, HTC HD7, Droid X and Fascinate. ; Check out the video for all the details.
That was a nice video to compare the camera speed :), by the way, what about the quality ? I have an Omnia 7 and it needs a bit more time to focus correctly and get a nice pic.
Maybe you could make THE video comparing iOS and WP7 😉 and another one comparing Android and WP7 ?

hey! That’s a nice comparison… it shows me that iphone is 4 yrs late, android is a dumb copy of it and WP7 is bringing innovation to the mobile world.
oh, forgot to mention, u should have included the time it took to the os to render the picture… i counted 2 or 3 secs on some devices!
Nice video. You should also mention in the article that if the phone is password protected this feature still works but pictures that are taken are not revealed until the device is unlocked. Also, for those who think this could cause accidental picture, the ambient a d proximity sensors make sure the device doesn’t power on while it is in pockets or bags.
