The iPhone 5 has just released in Australia and iFixit has flown all the way down under  to show us their obsession with taking things apart.  So far the iPhone 5 is much easier to replace a cracked screen on than the 4s.  Remove two screws, place a suction cup on the front and gently pull.  Three cable attaches the display to the logic board of the iPhone 5 and once detached, you have your screen in hand.  This is great news for those of us who repair or are more accident prone than the rest.
