The ONEPLUS One has won a lot of praise of the past year for its incredible value. However, buying a flagship phone for a low price does have its problems. My ONEPLUS One no longer works properly and normally you would just call and get them to repair it. The experience trying to get my ONEPLUS One to work has been very difficult and ONEPLUS still has not fixed it.

Why don’t you show a sim card being put in the phone? Was the tray upsidedown? Why are your comments off on YouTube?

Why did you disable all comment son You Tube when questioned, and remove multiple comments showing you never had a sim card inserted in any One Plus Videos. NONE EVER.
how come you seem so prejudiced against oneplus? i have three phones from them and they all work great! if you have a problem with oneplus support why don’t you post proof? if the sim card doesn’t work, why don’t you show trying to use it in your video? not very credible, imho. sounds like you have a major chip on your shoulder. thumbs down!
