The new cases from Ion-Factory are not perfect but they sure are sweet. The new cases offer real leather with real carbon fiber backings. The price is not so sweet at $60 for the iPhone and $80 for the iPhone 3G.
The Phones do not have a screen cover though you could use your own film, but in my own use I find it almost impossible to scratch the glass screen anyway. The buttons do not have great protection but the phone as a whole is well protected by the Ultra-Strong Carbon-Fiber weave. See the beautiful case below:
