Apple has done it again.  Just when you thought no company had a growing profit margin, Apple continues to steamroll expectations.  The 3rd quarter profit of $1.23 billion is the most the company has ever made just outside of a holiday quarter ever.  

During their quarterly conference call, Steve Jobs announced they had sold over 5.2 million iPhones in this quarter alone.  Their profits continue to rise due to iTunes sales and the hugely successful App Store.  Hopefully some companies have been taking note and can turn their companies around in the "squeezing of ones finances", time.
