Early iPad reviews are in and mostly positive.  To note one of the more positive and somewhat surprising aspects of the iPad are its battery life.  When reviewers tested battery life by watching video they achieved more than the 10 hours claimed by Apple. Instead the reviewers went over 11 and 12 hours respectively.  This is the first time I can remember where Apple’s battery claims were conservative when compared to real world use.  Overall those who reviewed the iPad said it was a move in the right direction for the future of computing.

On the negative side was noted the lack of multi-tasking and lack of flash support.  We knew this going in though and those who buy the iPad would most likely be very pleased in its capabilities.
