After what many for years would call neglect, Apple has finally redesigned the beloved Mac Mini.  The Mac Mini gets the unibody treatment and now sports a full aluminum shell that comes with or without an optical drive slot.  Other than being more squat and of one aluminum piece, the new redesign also adds an sd card slot and an HDMI port(finally).  The back of the Mac Mini also includes a Firewire 800 port, Four USB 2.0 ports, miniDVI, power cord connection, and audio in and out jacks.  The processor options are 2.44GHz or 2.66GHz Core 2 Duo’s with a 320GB or 500GB hard drive.  The Mac Mini also includes bluetooth and 802.11n wifi built in.

Cleary Apple was listening how people wanted to use their Mac Mini with their TV when they created this version.  To see an HDMI port on a Mac is very exciting and we certainly hope to see the option on all upcoming Macs.
