The Droid Ultra is the latest to come from Motorola on Verizon.  The phone is the first phone since Google bought Motorola and for the most part it shows.  The Droid Ultra is essentially the Moto X, but without customization options.  The Droid Ultra is made entirely of Kevlar with the exception of the 5-inch, 720 AMOLED display.  Inside you’ll find the newly developed Motorola X8 Dual-Core 1.8Ghz CPU, along with the Quad-Core 400Mhz GPU and 2GB of RAM.  The phone also comes equipped with 16GB of internal storage, a 10MP rear camera, 2MP forward-facing camera and Android 4.2.2.

In this video I unbox the phone and then give a comprehensive review of the Droid Ultra after using it as my exclusive phone for a few days.  I have to say I came away mostly impressed with the Ultra and definitely could recommend it to anyone looking for a decent Android phone.  Be sure to watch the review for all the details and comment below on your thoughts about the Droid Ultra from Motorola.
