Tesla Model S Breaks Cover

  Tesla has finally shown its new model S sports sedan to Road & Track magazine.  The new 4-door sedan is an all electric piece of art, which when released will have a base price of $60,000.  The model S will allow you to travel up to 240 miles per charge and will accelerate to 60MPH in under 6 seconds.  The sedan is due to go on sale in late 2010 and Tesla has even started to build a manufacturing plant in the US just for this model.

  Just about everyone knows what the Tesla roadster is.  What you may or may not know is they plan to release a luxury sedan and then an affordable car that continues their electric only mindset after that.  Tesla is serious about building electric cars for all and is set to build a new facility for the upcoming Model-S sedan.
