Read MoreWebOS has a lot going for it when you put it up against the closest competitors, the iPhone and Google’s Android. The major area it falls behind is in the tiny App Catalog of which pales in comparison. After its first half a year or so in service there are now 1000 apps for download. This number is not too bad when you consider the first gen. iPhone and how long it took to get any applications on it at all.

You can use the online application to create a WebOS based app without any external tools. The interface is simple with drag and drop controls. Try it out for yourself and get building.
